Questions

Is there a per-patient charge?
No. Patients and records are unlimited on every plan. Charging per patient would give a hospital a reason not to record something, which is the wrong incentive in a clinical system.
What if we outgrow a plan?
You move to the next one and we bill the new rate from that period. Adding branches does not require a re-implementation — the record model is built for it from day one.
What does migration involve?
We scope your existing data, map it to the record model, and run it in a staging environment you check before anything goes live. It is a one-off, not a recurring line.
Can we start with one branch?
Yes, and most groups do. Start on Starter and move up when the second branch opens.
What happens if we leave?
You export everything, in an open format, whenever you ask. There is no exit fee and no hostage period.
Do you charge for support?
Business-hours support is included on every plan. Extended cover is a separate agreement.
